Outlining Hindu and Christian religions with an opportunity to compare different aspects of Goan architecture.  Main highlights:  Visit Old Goa with drive around for photos, includes a walking tour escorted by a local guide of Se Cathedral the largest of the churches in Old Goa and the Basilica of Bom Jesus famous through out the Roman Catholic world as it contains the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier.

Drive to The Shiva Temple of Shri Mangesh at Priol, its courtyard dominated by the seven-stage lamp tower, to be introduced to one of the oldest religions in the world “Hinduism”.  This is an informative walking tour with our guide.

On the return journey we stop at an old baroque style Portuguese house on the side of the Mandovi River, with the rare opportunity to view the inside of this unique mansion with its intricately carved antique Goan furniture, chandeliers and mirrors.  Time allocated to relax and enjoy a buffet lunch.
