Day
1: Travel by car or coach (approx. two and a half
hours) into Karnataka State arriving before lunch to board
the houseboat and sail the beautiful natural Kali (Kalinadi)
River, with a backdrop of forested hills and lined with some
of the finest strands of Mangrove in Western India.

Day 2: Early morning call to enjoy natures
daily spectacle “sunrise”. Sit back and relax
from the comfort of your houseboat as you watch the day awaken
and the river come to life.
This wonderful journey takes you along the river whose banks
are home to many bird species. Have your camera ready as you
sail past small boats collecting sand and shells from the
river beds using the same techniques from a past era.
Breakfast is served on board before your return journey to
Goa.
