Day 1: Pick up from hotel by taxi to drive to Goa Airport, to catch the 16.45 hrs flight to Kochi (Cochin) due to arrive at 17.45 hrs. Met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The hotel has a multi-cuisine restaurant and the menu includes Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoori and South Indian cuisines. Some light music is often played in the background making your eating experience all the more enchanting. Alcoholic drinks are available in the restaurant and there is also a separate bar situated a few yards away from the reception area.
Day 2: After breakfast an air-conditioned car will collect you to start your journey to  Alleppey to board the houseboat (non-air con). Houseboats are a unique way to experience the beauty of Kerala, as they glide through the backwaters, with panoramic views passing by.
Sit back and relax in comfort as you cruise the narrow canals and the beautiful Vembanadu Lake. Overnight on houseboat.
Day 3: After breakfast on the houseboat, your car awaits
to transfer you to your accommodation (approx one hour drive) at the eco-friendly Pristine Island Resort, located in the middle of Kaithapuzha Lakeanextension of the Vembanadu Lake). Your home for the next two nights; afloating cottage with its veranda opening out on to the lake, equipped with modern facilities like flat screen TV, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and more. The resort boasts a multi cuisine restaurant and an Ayurvedic centre. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the ambience of this unique property, the only one of its kind in Kerala.
Suggestions; perhaps take a canoe ride, or combine taking in the
scenery with a bit of exercise in the resorts pedalo craft (only one pedalo available. Or you may enjoy a visit to the Aryvediccentre attached to the resort for an oil massage and maybe get advice on treatments for future times,from one of the team of Aryvedic doctors.
Day 4: The car will be waiting to collect you after breakfast to take you sight-seeing in the Fort Cochin area, visiting The Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and the Chinese fishing nets. 
After a break for lunch (at your cost) we take you to explore the backwaters near Cochin by canoe. This is a totally different experience to the larger houseboats. You’ll be traveling down some of the very narrow canals that cannot accommodate the houseboats (a more intimate experience of daily life on the side of the canals).
Returning back to your resort for overnight.
Day 5: Check out from resort after breakfast and drive to Kochi airport to catch the 11.30 hrs.flight to Goa which is due to arrive at 13.00 hrs.
Taxi will be waiting to make the return journey back to your hotel.
Includes: Return airfares, return taxi hotel-airport in Goa, 1 night hotel accommodation in Cochin on a bed and breakfast basis, one night stay on non air con. houseboat including all meals on board, two nights accommodation including all meals at Pristine Island Resort, entrance fees and air conditioned car in Cochin.
Does not include: Any meals other than those stated as being part of the package, bottled water, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, or items of a personal nature, i.e. laundry, tips etc
